Step One: To start application process, download, print and then fill out an Application Form. Or, contact me and I'll mail you one.
Step Two: Send completed application form to Gardner Hall, P.O. Box 123, Port Murray, NJ 07865.
Step Three: I will then mail you an American Camping Association Health Declaration form which you will need to fill out and sign. (It is no longer possible to download a health form from the ACA website unless you are a member.)
Step Four: Mail in your completed and signed American Camping Association Health Declaration and your child will then be ready for camp!
